"Those who are the best at anything offer the unexpected. They consistently have unique and fresh ideas. I have found that in order to be a successful real estate broker, in the ever changing and challenging Portland real estate market, I must be diligent in my research and ongoing education. This includes understanding home values, zoning regulations, lending practices, interest rates and trends, current home improvement trends, styles and amenities. My clients appreciate the way I listen and respond to their needs by telling them the truth and smoothly guide them through the ebbs and flows of their real estate transactions. I love my work, value my clients and am grateful for the support and referral business they have provided me. I believe that real estate ownership is the best way to grow generational wealth. For me, purchasing real estate, whether for investment purposes or for your personal home, is the best and safest way to plan ahead and acquire wealth. This is true not only for your future but also for generations to come."
